As our valued Plant and Equipment Logistics Co-ordinator , you will play a vital part in ensuring our extensive fleet of vehicles and plant is ready to work, when and where it is needed.
Based onsite at our Salisbury office on the south side of Brisbane, you'll draw on your experience and knowledge of vehicle maintenance and logistics to ensure our vehicles and plant is site ready when it should be, where it should be.
Working within the site support teams, you'll enjoy being surrounded by reliable, friendly, hard-working people who have your back and step up for you when you need it most.
You'll make an impact by:
Ensuring our fleet of vehicles are where they need to be to when they need to be and ready to get to work
Serving as the go-to person for both onsite and offsite teams, providing reliable support and solutions to help keep our fleet operations running smoothly
Utilising your exceptional problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and find innovative solutions to complex challenges
Being creative and think outside the box to optimise processes and enhance overall efficiency
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Working knowledge of vehicles, plant and logistics, preferably in a construction and / or mining environment
A sound understanding of and experience in procurement
Ability to understand and execute site vehicle compliance requirements
A friendly persona with the skills to maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and internal customers
Ideally, you will also have:
Sound working knowledge of the MS Office and an EAP System such as SAP or IFS
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
