The Role

Your work will include handling Land and Environment Court litigation, providing advice on planning, statutory interpretation, and environmental law compliance, and drafting planning and works-in-kind agreements for a sophisticated and growing client base.
Role Requirements
You are a Senior Associate with 5-6 years' PAE in Land and Environment Court litigation, with strong legal research, advisory, and drafting skills. Detail-oriented and precise, you excel in legal reasoning and writing. You're eager to build on your strengths while exploring areas for growth. A team player who thrives in a positive, collaborative culture, you're driven to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.
