The Opportunity: Reporting to the Production Planning Supervisor and working as a part of close knit, high functioning team, the Planning Administrator assumes responsibility for the administration of planning related documentation for remanufacturing, hose and kit production activities within the Liebherr Australia (LAS) facility.
Duties Coordinate work order planning schedules Prepare and distribute shop floor documentation for component repairs and remanufacture Collect and process completed work orders, operation notes and timesheets Collect and archive completed quality documentation to ensure traceability and accountability for finished piece parts and components Responsible for the handling and processing of day-to-day administrative and approval requirements Generate reports and update data bases Establish and maintain effective information, filing and data systems Skills & Experience Cert IV in relevant discipline highly regarded 3 years relevant Administrative experience highly desirable Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated experience with MS Office Advanced customer service skills and experience Strong analytical and report writing skills High level organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously, to collaborate and support wider team How to Apply Why you should join Liebherr's family?
