Turner & Townsend's Project Management team is one of the leading consultancies in the Real Estate industry and is working on the largest projects across the country. The team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Scheduler/Planner to work on some of the iconic Real Estate projects across Victoria. We are looking for someone with a wide range of experience to work across a variety of different programs, from feasibility to delivery, and some great soft skills to collaborate with our clients.

We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development across Infrastructure projects to site-based construction of individual projects, while helping the largest companies in the world. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.
In a Senior Scheduler/Planner role in our Real Estate team, you will have knowledge in:
Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects. Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor's programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices. Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients. Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays. Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management. Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractors program. Qualifications Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience. Minimum 4 years' experience as a Scheduler on Building projects. Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6. Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects are preferred. Strong knowledge of the end-to-end construction processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
