About The RoleJoin our inclusive Planning team at our coastal site location of Dampier Ports. We are looking for a Site Services & Mine Water Management Planner/Scheduler who will be accountable for planning & scheduling various maintenance work fronts to support the safe and efficient preparation and execution of maintenance at Robe Valley Iron Ore Mine Sites.
This role is suited to a highly motivated individual who is passionate about being part of the solution, driving positive outcomes and has a desire to develop their knowledge in maintenance scheduling.
Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, you will:
Develop maintenance schedules to enable efficient and effective execution to optimise cost and resource efficiencyIdentify critical path, all resources required and schedule load within targetsSupport quality execution of current schedule whilst identifying opportunities to analyse and improve future schedulesManage maintenance notifications and convert them to maintenance work ordersLiaise with external vendors for maintenance planning purposesFacilitate meetings and liaise with key stakeholders about upcoming maintenance to ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in placeWhat You'll BringA commitment to the safety of yourself and your teamRespect for others and an all-inclusive mindsetPrior SAP, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling experiencePrometheus exposure would be beneficial but not necessaryBe proactive with a strong commitment in driving a safe working cultureTrade qualification essential but not necessaryWell-developed stakeholder engagement skillsProcess driven with Work Management knowledgeThe ability to communicate effectively, work and interact with others in a dynamic environmentC Class manual licenceIf you are excited about the role and think you have what it takes but your experience doesn't align 100%, we still want to hear from you.

Where you'll be workingThis role will be offered FIFO from Perth, where you will work at our Robe Valley Mesa J mining operations on an 8/6 roster – Thursday to Thursday.
