Role accountabilities include: 
Accountable for the planning, programing, cost estimating and reviewing of design and construction documentation for Capital works projects. Provide effective communication, consultation, liaison and negotiation with key stakeholders.  Develop and lead the delivery of workplace safety initiatives.  We are seeking a proactive individual with a strategic mindset and a passion for excellence in the field of construction planning and maintenance, and workplace safety. Below are the essentials for the role: 
Diploma in Project Management or Frontline Management or Certificate IV Workplace Health and Safety or similar qualification coupled with significant experience in planning, programming and costing within a Civil Construction and Maintenance Environment. Current Driver Licence. Certificate IV Training and Assessment (Desirable).
