We are looking for a part-time Plan Management Officer on a fixed term contract for 12 months to join our exceptional team in the Clarence Valley based in our Grafton Office.

As a Plan Management Officer with Livable you will:
Processing Monthly statementsProcessing weekly providers claimsSetting up customers in CareviewSetting up customers through Proda bookingsContribute proactively to a dynamic and adaptable NDIS Plan Management work team.Your skills and experience will include: Understanding the NDIS price guide.Understanding of Plan Management ProceduresRelevant experience supporting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent organisational skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm and professional approach to dealing with issues.Exceptional communication skills (clear and concise written and verbal communication).Proficient MS Office skills, as well as demonstrated experience using CRM databases.Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to take ownership of tasks.Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.To be successful you will need: Working with Children's CheckNDIS Worker CheckNational Police CheckYou will also be required to complete the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Module or provide evidence of completion.
The successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate entitlement to work in Australia and to disclose any preexisting injury or disease which may be adversely affected by undertaking the inherent requirements of the position.
