Key responsibilities: Maintain and enhance relationships with stakeholders to secure student placements and provide support and guidance to liaison officers. Act as the primary contact for fieldwork placements, coordinating student support and evaluation activities. Organize student information sessions, orientation presentations, and ensure liaison services meet compliance standards. Manage placement records, assess student performance, and identify and address any placement issues promptly. Comply with organizational policies and contribute to team meetings and professional development initiatives. About you: Hold a Post Graduate Degree or higher in community work, social welfare, human services, Psychology or related fields, with at least three years of relevant industry experience. Commit to ongoing professional development with at least 20 hours annually. Demonstrate leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in data entry, database management, and online learning platforms, with strong report writing skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision. Desirable: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as required for Registered Training Organizations. Experience with vocational placement programs in educational settings. Familiarity with supporting international and multicultural students, along with proficiency in InPlace, RTO Manager, and Moodle.
