About the Role Join our team as a Pipeline Operator Technician in Biloela on a 14:14 roster! Are you ready to make an impact in the energy sector? We're seeking a skilled Pipeline Operator Technician with an Electrical & Instrumentation background to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will have you working on cutting-edge gas facilities and pipelines on our Queensland Gas Pipeline, operating and maintaining critical infrastructure that powers our communities.
Key Responsibilities Responding to incidents and emergencies Operation and maintenance of high-pressure natural gas equipment Maintenance of valves and other mechanical equipment Patrol and maintenance of the pipeline right of way Liaison work with landholders and public authorities A wide variety of pipeline duties including mechanical work, documentation, and records maintenance Inter/intra state travel required at times About You The successful candidate will have a trade qualification with proven experience working as a member of an Operations and Maintenance team in the gas transmission or gas processing industry. You will bring the following qualifications, skills, and experience with you:
