Our Opportunity Work Location: Fortescue's Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people Roster: 14D7X FIFO ex Perth or DIDO ex Port Hedland Reporting to the Supervisor West Canning Basin, you will be responsible for supporting the long-term life of the plant asset through visual inspections, maintenance repairs, plant hygiene, reporting and raising notifications.
This shall also include team involvement across the department and repairing GRP and HDPE pipelines to Fortescue and Design standards.
Key Responsibilities Provide suggestions on improvement of reliability of assets at West Canning Basin Complete replacement of GRP pipelines and replacement of couplings with specified timelines Operate and drive service trucks and support equipment to support operational activities of West Canning Basin Support effective planning and ensure all plant defects identified are entered into SAP (Work Management) Ensure daily routines of the pipeline are completed including hygiene and inspections Qualifications and Experience Certificate III in Civil Construction (Pipe Laying) Previous pipe laying experience including GRP essential Machine operating experience in tight congested areas – specifically Excavators and Trucks Experience working around below ground excavations High Risk Licences: Rigging, C6 Crane, CV Computer literacy: SAP, Microsoft Office About Us Be part of something big.
