Job Title: Homelessness Project Team Manager
Location: Aldgate, EC3N
Reporting to: Service Manager
Responsible for: Caseworkers, Student Placements, Volunteers
Contract: Hybrid - Full Time (3 days office-based, 2 days from home)
Pay: £17.40 per hour

As a Homelessness Project Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in preventing and relieving homelessness among single refugee individuals. This is not just a job; it's a chance to lead a dedicated team, build meaningful relationships, and create lasting impact.

Support and Motivate: Guide your team to achieve outcomes focused on preventing or relieving homelessness. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Relationship Building: Manage relationships with private sector landlords and expand our housing inventory. Financial Oversight: Oversee financial transactions, track budgets, and prepare reports. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure service delivery meets all relevant standards and requirements. What We're Looking For:
Expertise in Housing Legislation: Knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation, including the Homelessness Reduction Act and Housing Act. Welfare Benefits Knowledge: Understanding of welfare benefits legislation and health and safety regulations. Private Sector Experience: Experience in securing accommodation within the private rented sector. Homelessness Prevention: Hands-on experience in preventing or relieving homelessness. Team Management: Proven track record of successfully managing a team. Safeguarding Knowledge: Solid understanding of safeguarding issues. Collaboration Skills: Ability to forge strong partnerships with external agencies. Self-Motivation: Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Additional Perks:
