Contract: Hybrid - Full Time (3 days office-based, 2 days from home)

Financial Oversight: Oversee financial transactions, track budgets, and prepare reports. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure service delivery meets all relevant standards and requirements. What We're Looking For: Expertise in Housing Legislation: Knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation, including the Homelessness Reduction Act and Housing Act. Welfare Benefits Knowledge: Understanding of welfare benefits legislation and health and safety regulations. Private Sector Experience: Experience in securing accommodation within the private rented sector. Homelessness Prevention: Hands-on experience in preventing or relieving homelessness. Team Management: Proven track record of successfully managing a team. Safeguarding Knowledge: Solid understanding of safeguarding issues. Collaboration Skills: Ability to forge strong partnerships with external agencies. Self-Motivation: Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
