Job Responsibilities:Act as the Captain on PC-12 NG flights for a managed aircraft.Must be willing to follow all FAA regulations, company policies, and best practices.The lead pilot will be responsible for assisting with the schedule of maintenance events, and seamless communication between the aircraft management company and the ownership.Part 91 operation, but the crew will be Part 135 trained and qualified in the future.This aircraft will be based in Greensborough, NC. Must live within 1 hour of the base location.Qualifications:Current and valid FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with single and multi-engine land ratings.Must be current and qualified in the PC-12.500 PC-12 PIC Single Pilot Hours.1500 hours Total Time.1000 hours PIC.300 hours Turbine.100 hours Instrument.NG experience preferred.Prior Part 135 experience preferred, but not required.Valid FAA 1st Class Medical.FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.Valid US Passport.Valid US State Driver's License.Must live within 1 hour's driving distance to the Greensborough, NC Airport.Personal/Character Requirements:Deliver the WOW.Fueled by Passion.Solutions Focused.Team Alignment.Skills:Have the ability to adjust to rapid changes.Must be capable of managing sleep to be ready for flight duty.Throughout a trip, duty may continue up to 14 hours per day, and it may cross many time zones and experience drastically different weather conditions.Most flying will be done single pilot with a schedule to accommodate the aircraft owner. Availability of 16-18 days a month is preferred.Must be able to pass a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) required background check, and secure appropriate SIDA badge when applicable.Be customer-focused, present yourself neatly and professionally, and have the skills to leave a good first impression, particularly when it comes to interacting with passengers.Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.Must be able to exert up to 80 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Be able to work around animals, including the handling and care before, during, and after Owner flights.Compensation:$120,000 annually, depending on experience and time in type.Benefits:Medical benefits with partial company contribution.Optional dental and vision plans.Employer-paid life insurance.401K Retirement Plan with employer match options.Excellent Paid Vacation/Sick Time Policies.Free flights on some unoccupied trips.
