With our business growing, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to lead our physiotherapy and exercise physiology team across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region.

The RoleThis role is dynamic and fulfilling, involving a mix of managing a small caseload and leading a team in delivering evidence-based physical health services.
You'll be working across Medicare, Workers' Compensation, Aged Care Programs, NDIS, and employer support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical supervision, including file reviews and growth planning.Quality assurance of clinical reports, and development of report guidelines and templates.Process improvement in collaboration with your admin support team.Strategic planning and setting team objectives.Managing feedback, safeguard matters, and enquiries.Overseeing the Quality Management System for physiotherapy and exercise physiology services.You will also have the opportunity to provide some hands-on physiotherapy services to maintain and enhance your clinical skills, and engage actively in continuous improvements within your team.
Requirements:
General registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.Current driver's licence and vehicle.Valid Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).Proven experience in a team leadership or management role.Familiarity with a range of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.Compliance with vaccination requirements for Health and Aged Care Workers.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Previous experience in community care or a time-based billing environment.Our CommitmentWith over 40 years of service, IOH is proud to care for our community.
