Based at our Salisbury South site, as a Physiotherapy - Clinical Lead you will be responsible for developing and delivering Physiotherapy services across Helping Hand's My Wellbeing service within the Home Care division along with delivering clinical supervision for the team.
You'll also make an impact by: Working in conjunction with the Physiotherapy Manager to provide leadership and role modelling, particularly in the areas of contemporary and best practice allied health service and quality assurance programs.
Collaborating with other staff to support student & new graduate learning and develop and maintain external networks related to homecare support services.
Provide information, coaching and mentoring for care and clinical staff to support routine Physiotherapy services to meet Standards of practice and Aged Care standards.
Provide comprehensive and contemporary evidence based allied health practice to clients in accordance with each client's individual needs, barriers and interests.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a quality management system for the Metropolitan Division that provides a continuous improvement focus What you'll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: An AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
Experience in working within the community services/health sector.
Experience in supervising staff/students involved in the provision of Physiotherapy services The ability to operate smartphones and apps (such as Microsoft Outlook) Minimum of 12 months of work experience (experience in aged care is highly regarded) You'll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people Demonstrated experience providing Physiotherapy services to adult clients in rehabilitative environments.
Experience in assessing and evaluating functional needs of clients and supervising staff involved in the provision of groups and Physiotherapy services.
