Physiotherapy Aide - Coffs Harbour Part-Time position Position Information: We are currently seeking an experienced aged Physiotherapist Aid to join our wonderful team and work at our Coffs Harbour Village.

This position will assist the Physiotherapist in providing services as well as providing an activities-based program enhancing the quality of the lives of our residents.

The Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution (known as RFBI) is a non-for-profit (NFP) organisation that has been in operation for 143 years. We currently operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages, and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT.

You will have: Assist and motivate in the facilitation of maintaining resident independence. Daily preparation of treatment areas, setting up equipment, and completing the associated documents. An understanding of aged-specific diagnoses. Excellent people skills and a genuine passion for caring for the elderly. What we look for: A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care. A Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or another relevant qualification. A Certificate IV in Allied Health (desirable). Experience working within an Aged Care environment.
