New Graduate Physiotherapy at Gen Physio Our Physio team provides mobile community-based care in a multitude of settings from home to childcare centers, schools, aged care facilities, swimming pools, and parks - in community care, there is so much variety and no two days are the same!
We support care to NDIS, HCP, and private clients and provide you a diverse caseload to help you gain skills and experience while developing as a new graduate.
Our Physio team knows that the jump from university to the working world can seem daunting; however, with our facilitated new grad program, the team is here to give you the best start to a community Physiotherapy career journey.
What support do we offer our new graduates? Enjoy catching up with your discipline-specific team fortnightly to participate in in-house professional development presentations, walk through complex cases, tackle challenging questions, and debrief sessions.Weekly supervision with experienced clinicians, covering both paediatrics and adult populations, to support clinicians with their caseload.Mentoring opportunities from our team of experienced Physiotherapy Supervisors.Substantial PD allowance for both individual and whole team education.Paid study leave, internal training opportunities, and a big emphasis on your development.Enjoy catching up with your multidisciplinary team weekly to receive organizational updates, walk through complex cases, and expand your knowledge about other allied health professions.The perks of working at Gen Physio Flexible working – whether it's a 9-day fortnight or an early finish Friday, we want to ensure a healthy work-life balance for our Clinical team.Birthday leave so you can celebrate YOU!Full-time and part-time opportunities available.$8,000 motor vehicle allowance or the option of a company vehicle (eligibility criteria apply).Starter kit - we supply a laptop, mobile phone, and fund any discipline-related expenses for a smooth setup based on what is best for your clients.Requirements post-graduation: Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy.AHPRA registration.National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain).Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain).NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain).Current driver's license.Ability to legally work in Australia.Would you like to know more about whether a role in community is right for you?
