MSWA is at the forefront of supporting over 600 clients throughout the South West region living with a range of neurological conditions, including MS, Stroke, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington's, and Parkinson's.
Our Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology Services (PEPS) team is over 60 therapists strong and made up of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapy Assistants, and Massage Therapists.
We not only excel in providing holistic and client-centred Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services but are market leaders in identifying and creating tailored services to fill gaps in the disability community sector.
In the past 4 years, we have introduced Respiratory, Continence & Pelvic Health, Lymphoedema, and Vestibular services specific to our Neurological clients.

The Role:Working across our Bunbury & Vasse service centres, this role offers diversity and fulfilment, with responsibilities including:
Plan, develop, review, and provide Physiotherapy assessments and interventions designed to help Clients achieve their identified goals.Deliver therapy, treatment, education, and training at MSWA facilities, in Clients' homes, and in external facilities as required.Provide oversight for any Physiotherapy staff that are delivering services to your associated Clients.Identify, facilitate, and contribute to department training/professional development needs.Provide clinical support, supervision, and guidance to Physiotherapy staff and students as required.Contribute to exploring innovative ways of adding value to existing services and alternatives for effective service delivery.Requirements:Bachelor of Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.Valid "C class" driver's licence with no restrictions.NDIS Workers Screening Check or readiness to obtain one.Current First Aid & CPR certification (we're here to help if you need it).And the benefits?As a not-for-profit organisation, we are fortunate to be able to offer generous salary packaging options to all our employees.
