Company DescriptionKieser Australia is a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning Clinics.Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.Job DescriptionWe are thrilled to be opening our first country regional clinic in Bendigo in November 2024!Join the Bendigo team as a Physiotherapist, a role dedicated to keeping our clients strong, active, pain-free, and healthy.By combining traditional physiotherapy methods with education on the benefits of strength training, our team empowers clients to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most.
Responsibilities include:Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Exercise Physiologists and Exercise ScientistsConsult a diverse clientele, including musculoskeletal and sporting patient groups, with ongoing case managementUse objective measures, such as strength testing, to guide clinical decisionsEducate clients on long-term strength training benefits and use traditional physiotherapy methods for positive outcomesAccess state-of-the-art rehab equipment and diagnosticsBuild and maintain relationships with external referrersConsistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standardsImagine being part of a pioneering team, setting new standards of care and innovation in a regional city.If you are a graduate/experienced Physiotherapist, with a passion for client outcomes and a belief in strength training for long-term prevention, we want to hear from you.QualificationsRequiredAHPRA recognised Bachelor of Physiotherapy DegreeCurrent AHPRA registrationValid working rights in AustraliaActive & current Professional Indemnity InsuranceFirst Aid CertificationNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children CheckDesirablePrevious private practice experienceAdditional InformationComplimentary access to our strength and conditioning facility + concessional fees for family membersComprehensive induction and ongoing professional developmentCareer pathways within KieserWellbeing Program1 day of Recharge Leave and a half day of Birthday LeaveAn unbeatable team culture, fun working environment and social events12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carersUp to $1500 annual PD allowanceLeadership Program for aspiring leaders12-month program for New Graduate Physiotherapists (incl.
