This role would be suitable for an experienced Grade 1 ready to transition to a Grade 2 role. The team is an established and progressive multi-disciplinary team which includes: Clinical team Leaders, Clinical Care Coordinators, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social work, Team Assistants and Speech Pathology services.The Physiotherapist will provide person centred care with an opportunity to:Travel across the Goulburn Valley region working in bed based and home-based settingsWork with clients, carers and families to provide practical solutions to promote independence and mobilityWork within a multidisciplinary team to develop goals and care plans to assist clients to get home and active in their local communityDevelop exercise programs for clients.
