• Multiple Permanent Full Time and Part Time opportunities!The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective operational support services to Physiotherapy staff at Ipswich Hospital by providing practical support and assistance for patient care.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:Ability to assist allied health professionals in management of patients and undertake operational and administrative tasks relevant to the position.Ability to prioritise work commitments including the effective and efficient planning and organisation of workload.Demonstrated communication skills to work effectively in multi-disciplinary team environment.Ability to work independently under direction and within the limitations of a defined role including the ability to assume responsibility for the assigned workload.Mandatory Requirements:This position requires the incumbent to operate a motor vehicle, therefore an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.
Proof of this endorsement must be produced before commencement of duties.The successful candidate will be required to work a non-cyclic roster across a 14-day fortnight, including weekends.Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.
