Physician – Respiratory Medicine

Grampians Health Ballarat have an opportunity for a Respiratory Medicine Physician to participate 7.6hpw (0.2EFT) averaged, participating on the ward service, on call and weekend roster.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be suitably experienced in the field of Respiratory and seeking a rewarding career through your contribution to a large regional tertiary referral hub and spoke health service with a growing role in teaching and the professional development of Interns, HMOs and Registrars.
As a consultant physician you will be expected to work within your scope of practice and will be subject to Grampians Health Credentialing Committee's jurisdiction whilst working with us. You will report to the Clinical Director of Medical Services.
RequirementsKey Requirements AHPRA registration as a physician and specialist, or eligible to apply for such.Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) or equivalent.* Highly desirable to have experience in interventional pulmonology or dual training in sleep medicine and experience in research with a PhD.
