This is a permanent full-time role. You will be involved in projects which include continuous improvements and re-development of a suite of core business applications.

System Maintenance & Support: Play pivotal role in the maintenance and support of existing projects, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing functionality to meet user needs, ensuring optimal performance and high availability. Collaborative Development & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with our diverse team to deliver high-quality software solutions and contribute to quality assurance through test case writing, testing, and peer code reviews. Innovative Problem-Solving & Documentation: Develop innovative solutions to enhance system performance, create comprehensive technical and user-friendly documentation to support development processes and facilitate user adoption. Professional Expectations Software Development & Code Quality: Expertly navigate through all software development phases with expertise, producing clean, efficient, and scalable code. Effective Communication & Team Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and cultivate a positive team environment through respectful communication and shared responsibilities. Technical Skills Must-Have:
Core Technical Proficiencies: Require at least 3 years of full-stack development experience with PHP , jQuery , MySQL , modern web frameworks, and front-end technologies for creating responsive interfaces. Development Best Practices: Solid understanding of development principles, design patterns, and experience with Git version control. Communication & Documentation: Strong communication skills for clear technical discussions and capable of producing comprehensive documentation. Proficiency with Linux-based systems, CentOS preferred , to ensure strong server management and deployment capabilities. Nice-To-Have:
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure , such as AWS or Google Cloud, preferred but not required. This indicates an ability to work with scalable, distributed systems. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools , showcasing flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced development environments.
