Pharmacy Manager

Position Objective: We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to oversee the dispensary and all associated activities. This role focuses on efficient dispensing, customer counseling, and staff supervision, with the opportunity for career advancement into pharmacy ownership within the next 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities: Dispensary Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations. Staff Supervision: Lead and organize dispensary staff, conduct performance appraisals, and maintain high standards of customer service. Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, order medications, and prepare for PBS reforms. Patient Counseling: Provide professional advice on medication use and pharmacy services. Customer Service Excellence: Foster a welcoming environment and ensure quick engagement with customers. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare KPI reports, maintain accurate records, and report any discrepancies. Maintain accreditation for vaccination services. Assist in optimizing professional service income through incentive programs. Facilitate team meetings and promote a positive workplace culture. About You: To be considered for this role you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA. Experience leading a pharmacy or dispensing team. You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
