Role Overview As a Pharmacy Manager, you will do more than just dispense medications. You will lead a team, engage with the community, and deliver innovative healthcare solutions. Key responsibilities include:
Medication Management: Ensure precise dispensing and manage medication therapy to optimize patient health outcomes.Expert Consultations: Provide expert advice, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and deliver exceptional patient care.Specialized Services: Expand your practice with services like vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.Community Engagement: Host wellness events, workshops, and support groups, making the pharmacy a trusted healthcare destination.Leadership: Lead by example, manage budgets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Prepare KPI reports, budget trackers, and strategic business plans.What You'll Need Current Ahpra Registration & Working with Children CheckExperience with 7CPA professional services, DAA's, and QCPP regulationsSkills in budget, wages, and GP managementCurrent Police Check or willingness to obtain oneReady to Elevate Your Career?
