All the training will be provided to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role and contribute effectively to the team's success
The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Process scripts efficiently, following our streamlined company procedures.Support managers and supervisors by assisting staff with inquiries about the validity of orders or formulas.Thoroughly check each order after processing before progressing it to the charging team.Work with Pharmacists to ensure orders are appropriate for the species, doses within the range based on literature references and comply with current legislative requirements.Reach out to clients to secure payments and build positive financial interactions.Make outbound calls, answer customer questions, and keep customers informed about any delays.What You Will Bring to Our Team A passionate to help animals is a must.Attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in the Veterinary industry is highly desirable.Prior experience in Pharmacy is highly desirable.Proficient in data entry and computer skills.Possess excellent communication skills.Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to change.How to Apply If you think this is the right role for you, then please 'Apply for this job'.
