You will be at the forefront of optimising drug therapy, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
Your responsibilities will include providing critical drug and therapeutic advice to a diverse team of medical, nursing, and allied health professionals, all while adhering to hospital policies, SA Health guidelines, and relevant legislation.In this collaborative environment, you'll work alongside a passionate team of professionals and support staff, contributing to the overall wellbeing of our patients.
