Key Responsibilities: Accurately dispense prescriptions using Fred dispense software Implement and support innovative business strategies Oversee daily operations of the store, dispensary, and team Manage dispensary inventory and streamline order processes Provide expert patient counseling and holistic care solutions Supervise and mentor intern pharmacists, students, and dispensary assistants Experience in establishing greenfield pharmacies will be highly valued and rewarded.
