About the Role:
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Pharmacist looking to advance your career?
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Pharmacist Manager to join and lead a dynamic team and oversee the efficient and smooth operation of a busy pharmacy in beautiful Mandurah region of WA.
As Pharmacist Manager, your primary responsibility will be meeting all professional and ethical requirements, as well as providing exceptional customer care with the goal of developing relationships with customers, ensuring continued repeat business and long-term success of the Pharmacy, you will oversee dispensary and retail staff, manage professional services and initiatives, provide training and motivation to the team and more

About our Ideal Candidate:
*You hold a current unrestricted Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You are able to deliver exceptional customer service
*-You have strong time management and organisational skills
* You enjoy interacting with customers
* You are friendly and approachable
* You have strong leadership skills
*You are accredited to vaccinate or willing to obtain accreditation
* You have excellent attention to detail
* You are able to work in a team environment
* You have experience with KPIs, budget and wages etc.
* You have previous management or PIC experience is beneficial.

The Offer:
This full time role requires 76 hours per fortnight on a flexible roster, which may include some weekend shifts.
