Job Specification:In this role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage a dynamic team of assistants, dispensary technicians, and two other pharmacists. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the dispensary, stock control, PBS claims, and CPA programsAdministering immunisations and promoting forward dispensing practicesLeading and mentoring the pharmacy team to ensure efficient operationsDelivering high-quality patient care and customer serviceThis role is ideal for someone with proven pharmacy management experience who is organised, patient-focused, and eager to lead a talented team.
