Job Specification:
As the Pharmacist Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading your team of experienced healthcare professionals to support the growth and success of the pharmacy. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations while providing strong leadership and mentorship to your team. You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve their best, celebrate wins, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Under your leadership, this pharmacy will strengthen its ties with the local community, becoming a trusted and favourite pharmacy for our customers. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the region to provide comprehensive and integrated healthcare solutions.
Skills Required: Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.Vaccination trained.Genuine desire to help people with their health.Proven ability to lead a team and grow a pharmacy business.Salary & Benefits:
$70-$80/hr plus super flat rate (depending on experience) plus all permanent entitlements for the right person. This is a genuine offer of an above market salary, but the role is only available to someone who can show they have done a very similar role in pharmacy previously.
