The RoleCulture is a key part of the Wizard Brand. We aim to inspire a culture of success, and as a Pharmacy Manager at Wizard, you will be responsible for the leadership & cultural development of the team and the business, along with management and effective application of all retail and professional services strategies the Brand has to offer.
Key responsibilities of this role include:Lead, mentor and develop the whole pharmacy team.Drive a positive culture and workplace environment.Ensure smooth operations of the entire pharmacy.Drive a consistent excellence level patient and customer experience.Maintain a high-level provision of professional services.Effective delivery of all services and consultations with a patient-centered focus.Ensure compliance with all state and federal workplace and pharmacy-related legislation and guidelines.Manage and exceed all QCPP requirements.Deliver on key financial and performance indicators of the pharmacy business, whilst creating strategic ways to grow.Knowledge, Skills and BehavioursBachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent).Current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA, is required.Current Immunisation Certification and completion of all required immunisation training.Current First Aid Certificate.Strong and effective communication skills.Experience in leading and developing others.Thorough understanding of financial metrics and ability to develop successful business strategies.Demonstrable experience in management of a pharmacy, with problem solving and excellent customer service skills.Goal Orientated.Possess strong work ethic and high level of professionalism.You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.What's in it for you?You will be rewarded with an excellent salary package that is negotiable dependent on experience.Access to the Wizard Development Academy that provides ongoing training and development opportunities.You will be provided with ongoing mentoring and coaching to achieve a culture of customer success.Regular on the ground support from key areas of our Wizard support office, such as Clinical Services, Pharmacy Services & People and Culture.Plenty of opportunity for personal and professional growth.Possible future partnership opportunities within the Wizard network.If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, please send your resume and application letter detailing why you would be perfect for the role.
