In this role, you'll:
Counsel patients on proper medication use and health managementCollaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomesStay up-to-date on the latest treatments and pharmacy best practicesWe need someone who:
Has clinical pharmacy experience in a hospitalCan communicate complex information clearly and compassionatelyEnjoys helping people and has a patient-first mentalityWorks well independently and also collaborates smoothly with doctors, nurses, and other pharmacy staffOur patients come from all walks of life and need a caring pharmacist they can trust.
