The pharmacy's owner actively participates in the day-to-day operations and places high value on employee satisfaction.Job Specification:As the Pharmacist in Charge, you'll oversee dispensary operations, provide professional services such as MedsChecks, clinical interventions, Webster pack checking, and work collaboratively with a second pharmacist during weekdays.Proposed Roster: Sunday to Thursday (negotiable), with the possibility of every second Thursday off for a three-day weekend.Dispense System: Dispense Works.Team Structure: 2 Dispense Technicians, an intern, and a rostered second pharmacist (Monday to Friday).
