An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Team at the Bundaberg Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 200,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity: This position will function as part of a team of pharmacists providing services to patients within the Pharmacy Services of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.An expected outcome of this position is to provide accurate and timely advice to medical, nursing and subordinate pharmacy staff on patient admission history and pharmaceutical issues while ensuring optimum patient medication safety.Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $128,706 p.a. (f/t), comprising salary between $76,747 - $112,805 p.a., or salary rates between $38.71 - $56.89 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f. and Temporary Part Time, 30.4 hours p.f. for six months) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
