You can do FIT is a women's only group outdoor training facility, based in Innaloo, that offers a variety of group classes and Personal Training sessions. Our training sessions are fun, positive, and judgment-free to help improve women's health, as well as physical and mental well-being. We use supportive and encouraging methods to help clients get the results they want. Most of our clients attend our sessions as they don't enjoy the gym and struggle to find time to make themselves a priority. We encourage everyone to work at the right level for themselves on each given day. About the Role Our clients need a Trainer who understands them and is willing to listen to their individual needs. We value our friendly community. We are on the lookout for Group/Personal Trainers who are looking for set hours and are available for early morning classes & PT sessions. This position would suit someone looking to top up their hours. There may be options to do early morning classes (0600 hrs), the 0915 class, and/or the afternoon & evening classes for the right candidate. Tasks and Responsibilities Plan, set up, instruct, and pack away for our 45-min training sessions. Listen to clients and take into consideration individual needs & feedback. Have the ability to adapt exercises to suit clients' abilities and injuries. Be approachable for clients to have the ability to come and talk to you. Be friendly and welcoming for new clients and the general public walking past. To be able to adapt pre-planned sessions due to weather or other issues due to space.
