The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires specialisation in CTP and Workers Compensation cases, with responsibilities that span case management, client interactions, and legal documentation.

Answering phone calls and responding to email and online enquiries. Greeting clients and performing basic receptionist duties. General administrative work. Diary and office management. Files records and logs incoming mail. Alerts staff of issues requiring their attention. Maintains contact with clients Schedules meetings and depositions, answers phones, and maintains digital and physical records. Essential criteria (must have)
Highly organised and attention to detail Ability to work independently without supervision An excellent team player Good customer/client service skills Ability to take ownership of tasks and demonstrate initiative Superior Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) Proficiency in Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese) (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) Working technical skills with office digital supplies, Microsoft Office Suite Desirable criteria (a bonus to have)
Experience working in a fast-paced administrative / customer-facing environment An academic background in law Proficiency in Korean or other second languages Remuneration will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
