Personal Care Worker - Sydney Sutherland ShireWe are looking for experienced Support Workers/Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service in Aged Care and Disability Support. Why Join Us Salary: $36.80 - 38.80 per hour + KM + Super!Paid time in between back-to-back clients!Rewards and Recognition ProgramsPaid E-learning training (conditions apply)Flexible working conditions to fit in with your routine and offer a healthy work-life balanceRewarding role in providing care to those who need it!Exceptional working environmentEngaging team environment, ongoing support from office staff in a respectful workplace culture.Your New Role: Personal Care duties: assist customers with activities of daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobilitySocial support duties: transportation to shopping, medical appointments and social outingsRequirements Valid Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicleCertificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services/ completed 1st year of a Nursing degreeSatisfactory Australian National Police Check.Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.Must be living within 15-20km radius to Sutherland shire and enjoy a convenient commute and support your local communityBe authorised to work in AustraliaQualificationsA successful candidate will have the following: Ability to provide personal and domestic care with joy and kindness - Empathy is essential!!!A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.Excellent written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team.Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.High level of time management and organisational ability.Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities. Licence/Certification:
First Aid and CPR Certification (Required)
