About Macquarie View Aged Care Surrounded by stunning views of Lake Macquarie and set in a tranquil lakeside parkland, Bolton Clarke Macquarie View at Bolton Point is located on a peninsula jutting into Australia's largest coastal saltwater lagoon, Lake Macquarie, near Newcastle in NSW.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Providing care in accordance with residents' individualised assessed care needs. Ensuring resident care aligns with individualised care plans or as directed by the RN and/or Care Manager. Reporting all incidents in a timely manner to the Registered Nurse or Care Manager. Completing all activities related to Residents Care documentation Plans. Timely notification of changes in resident care to the RN in charge and/or Care Manager. Ensuring resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and follows Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee standards. The successful candidate must demonstrate the following: Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care. Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care (desirable). Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff. Strong passion for working with the elderly. Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
