The Role
We are looking for casual and permanent part-time Personal Care Workers who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility in Wauchope. You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards. As this is a casual position, we can offer flexible hours and working arrangements.
What you will do
As a Personal Care Worker you are responsible for:
Positive resident experience through resident-first approachPersonal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferencesCompleting care documentation, including progress notes and daily chartsA collaborative, team approachManual handling of residents is undertaken safely and correctlyFeedback and incidents are reportedSafe, high-quality care is provided in accordance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsSelection Criteria Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to careStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work autonomouslyHold NDIS Worker Checks or willing to obtainInterested?
