About this role:Programmed Care is seeking experienced aged care workers in Adelaide's Southern Metropolitan suburbs (Glenelg to Highgate) to assist our clients with personal care in their own homes. Shifts run from approximately 4.00pm to 8.30pm.You will be visiting the clients in their home and you would have multiple client visits in different locationsthroughout your shift. This position requires employees to assist with personal care and some light domestic duties.You are paid for the full shift including a 99cents per KM allowance for the time you travel between clients and as a result, a reliable car and Driver's Licence are essential.You will need to have:
Current Cert III Aged care, Individual Care, Disability or Community Care
Minimum 6-12 months experience in a comparable role
Student Nurses in their second year of study are welcome and encouraged to apply
Reliable vehicle is essential to have your application progressed
Drivers Licence
Valid National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Valid First Aid/CPR
Covid-19 Vaccinations (2 doses plus booster-essential for work in aged care sector)
