Women's and Children's Health Network, Division of Surgical Services – North Adelaide (5006)Classification - RN/M3 - Registered Nurse/Midwife LV 3 – Salary - $121,537 to $126,970 pro rataFTE Negotiable - Ongoing Permanent / Term Contract Opportunities AvailableAbout the Opportunity We currently have multiple exciting opportunities to join the Surgical Services Division as Nurse Manager where you will be responsible for:
Providing management support to a specific span of wards/units/programs/service.Providing management support in a specific work portfolio.Coordinating and managing projects, programs and/or research to achieve improved patient/client outcomes and/or service delivery.About You Registered Nurses and/or Midwives with at least 3 years post-registration experience.Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Proven ability for flexibility, innovation, and creativity within the whole of service setting.Knowledge of contemporary professional nursing and/or midwifery and health care issues.What WCHN Can Offer You Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.Salary package includes a range of benefits (including living expenses such as mortgage, rent, utility bills, and groceries) up to $9,010 each FBT year + $2,650 for Meal Entertainment expenses each FBT year.Access to Fitness Passport (workplace health and fitness program that gives you and your family access to a wide choice of gyms and pools across South Australia).Free public transport for SA Health Metropolitan Hospital workers to and from the Women's and Children's Hospital.Access to generous leave provisions and professional development opportunities.Support for you and your family via our Employee Assistance Program.About Us The Women's & Children's Health Network is the state's leading provider of best practice health care for women, babies, children, and young people across South Australia.
