Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for experienced Personal Care Assistants to join the team at Eldercare Cottage Grove at Woodcroft and Eldercare Seaford.
We have permanent full time opportunities available across both sites.
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be providing direct care in a dignified and respectful manner that delivers excellence in customer service to our residents.
Following care plans you will assist with personal care, daily living tasks and general mobility.
With a person-centered mindset you will create a warm and welcoming care environment that aims to maximise quality of life.
About the role Located at our Woodcroft & Seaford sites  Permanent full time time opportunities Monday to Friday shifts, 07:00 - 15:00 'Leave Coverage' position - permanent shifts at your nominated site and may be redirected to the other site as required (minimum 1 hour notice before start of shift).
