Your main responsibilities will include: Providing a seamless end to end customer experience by advising on appropriate products and servicesBeing the brand ambassador for HSBC in our branch and liaising directly with customersIntroducing, promoting and assisting customers with digital banking solutionsContributing to fulfil customer's needs by providing personal banking products and services with a customer centric approachManaging customer feedback and enquiriesParticipating in ongoing training and development plansTo be successful in this role, you will need: A proven track record in customer excellence gained in banking, sales, hospitality or retailThe desire to develop your financial expertise and grow your careerAbility to understand and provide solutions to meet individual customer needsA proven ability to multitask and strong attention to detailThe Higher School Certificate or equivalent certificationPreference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
