Permanent, Part-time position available in Tumut, NSW branch (33.5 hours per week)Hours: 9am-4.15pm Monday to Thursday & 9am-5.30pm FridayFantastic opportunity for a customer service professionalOngoing training and development available to grow your careerHow will I help?The role of Personal Banking Advisor is a key customer-facing position in our branch network as you will have quality conversations with our customers on a day-to-day basis, creating a stress-free, seamless experience for each person you serve.
You'll be helping our customers with their transactional and savings banking needs, referring them to a team of specialists when required and proactively contacting existing customers via phone or email.What do I need?Some experience in customer service is a must - especially if it involved you putting your passion into making sales as well.
You'll be confident to build relationships and then manage them for the long-term.
