The Hours: This is a part-time, branch-based role covering 8.30am - 4.45pm Monday and Tuesday and 8.30am - 5.15pm Friday.
Responsibilities:
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our branch network, engaging in meaningful conversations with our customers and delivering a seamless, stress-free banking experience. You will manage transactional and savings needs, connect customers with other specialists when required, and proactively engage with them via phone or email.
What will I need to succeed? Sales Experience: a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsNumerical Skills: proficiency in handling cash and an ability to complete financial transactions with accuracyCustomer Service Experience: ideally in a customer-facing rolePersonality: an energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people!Resilience: the ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations or difficult customersTeam Player: ability to work effectively with colleagues to support branch goals and deliver outstanding serviceAdaptability: a will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
