About the RoleYour role as a Personal Banker will provide outstanding levels of sales and service to our customers within our customer channel at Suncorp.
In this role, you will interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the customer's best interests at heart. These interactions could occur within any banking customer channel at Suncorp.

Develop and maintain relationships with peers in the region to ensure effective support and service delivery.Build and maintain relationships with region staff and key business stakeholders to effectively support them in implementing sales, service, operational, process, and credit quality initiatives, and in the identification of continuous improvement and adherence to processes and requirements.Develop and maintain relationships with community and business contacts to maximize financial services opportunities.Demonstrated experience in a retail customer sales & service environment.A history of providing outstanding customer service in current or previous roles.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
