We have a superb opportunity for a Personal Banker to join us at our Edwardstown branch. As a Personal Banker with Westpac, you will be at the heart of our mission to help customers make the most of their money. This is a sales-based customer service role which will see you engage with customers both in-branch and over the phone - connecting them with the most suitable banking products to fulfil their current and future financial needs. You will drive sales through referrals to our specialists in Home Loans and Business Banking, as well as coach customers on our digital banking offering.
The Hours This is a full-time branch-based role across Monday to Friday.
What will I need to succeed? Banking experience is ideal, but not essential - your high-performer energy and unique ability to gauge and nurture strong customer relationships will be key to driving your success in this roleExperience in a customer-facing / sales environmentResilience, tenacity, and an ability to flex - no two days and no two customers are ever the same!A proven ability to meet and exceed performance KPIs with an uncompromising commitment to delivering an exceptional customer serviceComfortable when working with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systemsNo banking experience?
