About the RoleAs a Personal Banker in our Branch, you'll play a key role in helping provide outstanding levels of sales and service to our customers within our customer channels at Suncorp Bank.
In this role, you will interact with customers in line with our connect conversation framework, ensuring all interactions are conducted with the customer's best interests at heart.
These interactions could occur within any banking customer channel at Suncorp Bank.
Role Type: Permanent, part-time roles - 2x vacancies
Role Location: 25 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA 5000
Work Hours: 2x vacancies: 17.5 hours/week & 20 hours/week
* 17.5 hour schedule (with breaks in between): Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
* 20 hour schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
* Note: All training required will be full time (first 3 months)

Able to develop and maintain relationships with peers in the region, to ensure effective support and service deliveryAble to build and maintain relationships with region staff and key business stakeholders to effectively support them in implementing sales, service, operational, process, and credit quality initiatives, and in the identification of continuous improvement and adherence to processes and requirementsAble to develop and maintain relationships with community and business contacts to maximise financial services opportunitiesDemonstrated experience in a retail customer sales & service environmentA history of providing outstanding customer service in current or previous rolesYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
