Personal Assistant To Managing Director | Inner West

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our clients team, reporting into the managing director, you will be responsible for providing high quality executive support and administration assistance to the team.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include: Executive support to a high performing agent Diary and email management including meeting coordination and managing conflicts Travel arrangements Preparation of client appraisals Process listing and sale contracts Working alongside vendors and buyers Managing the sale process with solicitors and other third parties Assisting in the co-ordination of marketing campaigns Open homes  As the ideal applicant you will possess: Previous high-level experience supporting a sales team, sales agent or even a Property Manager looking for a change Experience in dealing with stakeholders with a demonstrated high level of cultural awareness Highly developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Highly organised with the ability to track multiple schedules, projects and assignments Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure. A self-starter who is able to work independently Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) NSW Certificate of Registration OR Class 2 License  Must be willing to work on a Saturday  How to apply:
